The Opportunity
As a Remote Sales Agent, you’ll connect with prospective customers by phone and digital channels, uncover their needs, and help them find insurance solutions that protect what matters most.
You’ll have the flexibility of working remotely while still being an important part of an engaged, goal-oriented team. You’ll receive coaching, support, and opportunities to develop—but you’ll also be trusted to take ownership of your day, your activity, and your results.
This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who can create connection over the phone, confidently guide conversations, follow up consistently, and turn opportunities into results.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective customers by phone, text, and digital channels
- Build rapport quickly and create genuine relationships—even from a distance
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s needs and goals
- Recommend insurance solutions that provide protection and peace of mind
- Consistently follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain strong organization, communication, and productivity while working remotely
- Participate in virtual team meetings, coaching, and development
- Continuously strengthen your sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
